Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, MGM Resorts is famous for its dynamic and diverse portfolio of resorts, casinos, and entertainment venues. This global hospitality powerhouse has set the standard for extraordinary guest service, creating memorable experiences that delight visitors from all over the world. At the heart of MGM Resorts’ success lies its commitment to innovation, exceptional service, and the unique cultural flavor of each venue it manages.\n\nAmong its many properties, Park MGM stands out as a stylish, modern resort on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. This unique dining destination captures the essence of his culinary legacy, offering guests inventive dishes inspired by iconic Kogi food truck favorites and new exciting creations paired with handcrafted cocktails. The atmosphere is further elevated by resident DJs spinning favorite vinyl records to enhance the dining experience and create an unforgettable ambiance.\n\nThe role of Assistant Manager at Best Friend by Roy Choi is an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic team and be an integral part of delivering top-tier guest experiences. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of this unique establishment, ensuring smooth service with a keen focus on hospitality excellence. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands how to balance operational needs with creating WOW moments for guests.\n\nDaily responsibilities include managing staffing schedules, overseeing service and cash handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and working closely with the culinary team to support food and menu quality. You will be active in inventory management, cost control efforts, and ensuring that pricing and maintenance support smooth transaction processing. A key part of the role is guest interaction; managing special requests, large party reservations, and curating an inviting atmosphere that resonates with the spirit and energy of the restaurant. Given the unique concept and cultural influences, having experience in Korean cuisine and managing under collective bargaining agreements is beneficial.\n\nThis full-time role offers an exciting career path within a prestigious hospitality group where teamwork, diversity, and creativity thrive. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of two years management experience in a busy dining environment. The role involves varied shifts including weekends and holidays, reflecting the demands of the entertainment and hospitality industry.
