Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment of successful Shift Manager and Hourly candidates for the restaurant
  • implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
  • facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team

  • assist in conducting performance reviews for the restaurant team
  • provide timely feedback and recognition
  • use constructive disciplinary procedures and properly document employee performance

  • track, complete and manage the restaurant’s financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
  • maintain and protect all company assets
  • follow proper opening, closing, and safety and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • implement and execute marketing programs to maximize business.
