Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
- flexible and adaptable to manage multiple tasks
- capable of motivating and leading a team
- analytical skills for inventory and report analysis.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to analyze reports and count inventory accurately
- experience in employee training and development
- knowledge of company policies and government regulations.
Job Duties
- Assist in the recruitment of successful Shift Manager and Hourly candidates for the restaurant
- implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- assist in conducting performance reviews for the restaurant team
- provide timely feedback and recognition
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and properly document employee performance
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards
- lead the restaurant team by example to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- track, complete and manage the restaurant’s financial controllables including labor, overtime, food and supplies
- maintain and protect all company assets
- follow proper opening, closing, and safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- implement and execute marketing programs to maximize business.
