This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchise independently owned and operated, distinct from the corporate entity Jack in the Box Inc. Employment will be directly with the independent franchise owner, who manages all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This structure allows the franchise to maintain operational autonomy while delivering the trusted Jack in the Box dining experience. The role of Assistant Manager in this restaurant is vital for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. As Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager or take full responsibility in their absence.
