Employment will be directly with the independent franchise owner, who manages all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Recruit, select, train and develop restaurant employees

- Use management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Serve as a strong role model for employees
- Demonstrate strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
- Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
