The General Manager Apprentice opportunity at Chipotle offers an exciting career path for individuals who aspire to grow into strong leadership roles within a fast-growing company opening a new restaurant almost every day. This apprenticeship is designed to teach the fundamentals of running a successful Chipotle restaurant, including managing daily operations, hiring and training crew members, ensuring an excellent guest experience, and mastering business skills such as scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and recruiting. Apprentices act as leaders on duty, handling the dynamic pace of a fast-casual environment while upholding food safety, operational compliance, and Guest Obsessed hospitality.

This role is ideal for those passionate about hospitality and people development, interested in gaining hands-on leadership experience with the potential for career advancement towards General Manager positions. Apprentices will work 50-hour weeks including evening and weekend shifts, receiving applicable overtime pay. The position requires physical stamina for extended periods on the floor, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining communication with team members and customers.
