We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our management team. The Assistant Manager will not only oversee day-to-day store functions but will also be actively involved in product preparation, cost analysis, staff management, and ensuring customer satisfaction during peak business hours. The Assistant Manager acts as a role model and leader to subordinates, promoting teamwork and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising and participating in product preparation to ensure fast and efficient service, analyzing food and labor costs to optimize store profitability, and overseeing the accuracy of daily paperwork essential for store operations. The candidate will be expected to assist front-line employees such as cashiers and kitchen staff during rush periods to maintain pizza preparation times within 5 minutes or less.

Additionally, this leadership role requires assuming full operational control of the store during the General Manager's days off, handling cash transactions meticulously, managing the store's safe, and preparing bank deposits securely and promptly.
