- minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience
- basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- basic math and accounting skills
- full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour work week
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- physical ability to push, pull, stretch, and use fingers and wrists continuously
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead through example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- be flexible to change in a restaurant setting
- perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and maintaining food safety standards
- interview, hire, and train new team members
- oversee product quality, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant
- provide daily feedback and conduct performance reviews
- cultivate the guest experience by delivering fast, courteous, and positive service
- perform other assigned duties
