Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to the team
  • follow up on tasks and report results to the general manager and management team
  • oversee multiple restaurant departments including guest service, kitchen, and personnel
  • ensure sales and promotions are executed effectively
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • motivate team members and recognize their contributions
  • handle operational responsibilities including setting team goals and maintaining service standards
