Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to the team
- follow up on tasks and report results to the general manager and management team
- oversee multiple restaurant departments including guest service, kitchen, and personnel
- ensure sales and promotions are executed effectively
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- motivate team members and recognize their contributions
- handle operational responsibilities including setting team goals and maintaining service standards
