Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations
  • perform inventory management including ordering and tracking supplies
  • create and maintain employee schedules
  • conduct cash reconciliation and manage financial transactions
  • ensure exceptional guest service and address customer concerns
  • support hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
  • uphold company policies and standards to maintain operational excellence
