Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
ability to lift 25-85 pounds
capacity for extended standing
hearing in normal range due to auditory alarms
punctual and reliable attendance
ability to maintain confidentiality
manual dexterity required for food handling and cleaning

Proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment
experience with team training and development
strong communication skills
ability to handle cash and perform daily administrative duties
commitment to high standards in customer service and cleanliness

Job Duties

Partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
grow and mentor team through training and hiring
effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
may include preparing work schedules
may include ordering food and supplies
may include preparing daily paperwork
may include making daily deposits
employee on-the-job training
