Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
must pass background check criteria and drug test
able to stock shelves and coolers
able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90 percent of the shift

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
basic business math and accounting skills
strong analytical and decision-making abilities
college or university degree preferred

Job Duties

Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
work effectively and safely in a changing environment
