Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must pass background check criteria and drug test
- able to stock shelves and coolers
- able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90 percent of the shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- college or university degree preferred
Job Duties
- Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
- assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
- demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
- be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
- demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
