Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • able to stock shelves and coolers
  • able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
  • able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90 percent of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • college or university degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
  • assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
  • demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
  • be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
  • demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
  • work effectively and safely in a changing environment
