This role is for an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) at VIOC. The ASCM acts as the right hand to the Service Center Manager and plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-performance team that differentiates VIOC's service experience from competitors. This position combines hands-on automotive work, such as performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, with leadership responsibilities, including advising, training, and supervising hourly employees. The ASCM is essential in ensuring the service center operates smoothly, maintaining high standards in customer service, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will be involved in various operational tasks such as assisting with inventory management, labor oversight, and financial performance monitoring of the service center. Furthermore, you will uphold Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and other relevant policies and procedures, ensuring the service center meets all regulatory requirements.
