Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership or assistant manager experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations overseeing daily activities and promoting a positive atmosphere
- Motivate coach and correct team members encouraging delivery of best service and products embodying Live Mas spirit
- Ensure excellent customer service making sure each guest leaves satisfied and excited to return
- Maintain organizational and time management standards utilizing effective time management skills to meet business objectives
