Among its diverse portfolio of iconic brands, Flynn Group proudly operates Taco Bell, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant known for its bold flavors and innovative menu items. Since acquiring 76 Taco Bell restaurants in 2013, Flynn Group has rapidly expanded to become the third largest Taco Bell franchisee in the world, a testament to its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. With a focus on caring genuinely for people, playing like champions, and winning as one, Flynn Group fosters an inclusive and motivating work environment where every employee’s contributions are valued. The Flynn Group family includes other renowned brands such as Applebee's, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness, solidifying its position as a premier operator across various segments of the hospitality and fitness industries.
The role of Assistant Manager at Taco Bell within Flynn Group is essential for sustaining the company's commitment to exceptional customer experiences and team development. This position demands a leader with a passion for delivering cheerful, courteous service and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly while promoting an environment that embraces the ‘Live Mas’ spirit synonymous with Taco Bell. You will play a key role in coaching, motivating, and correcting team members to uphold the brand’s high standards for service and product quality. The role also requires strong organizational and time-management skills to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively.
Assistant Managers at Flynn Group’s Taco Bell locations are not only leaders but also ambassadors of the brand’s mission to be the premier operator within the Taco Bell franchise. This position offers a rare opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company, with ongoing development opportunities designed to help you advance your career. Employees enjoy competitive pay, paid vacation, health care options, and other benefits that contribute to a balanced and rewarding work experience. Free meals during every shift and a 401(k) plan with company match also highlight Flynn Group’s commitment to supporting its workforce. Working at Taco Bell with Flynn Group means joining a team that values diversity, inclusion, and the continual professional growth of its members. The company strongly encourages applicants from all backgrounds and is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to lead a team towards shared success in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
