Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum experience in restaurant or fast-food management or supervisory role
  • ability to work at least 50 hours per week
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to lead by example and maintain high standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • passionate about people development and creating positive team culture
  • results-driven, organized, and motivated to grow your career
  • experience working with fast-food or quick-service restaurant brands such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's
  • previous roles as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
