Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum experience in restaurant or fast-food management or supervisory role
- ability to work at least 50 hours per week
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to lead by example and maintain high standards
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- experience working with fast-food or quick-service restaurant brands such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's
- previous roles as assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
- coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
