The Assistant Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring both excellent customer service and financial performance. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the store, leading and motivating a team, and executing the company’s business plan effectively. The Assistant Manager handles various responsibilities such as hiring and training employees, fostering a cooperative team atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with all health and labor regulations. Acting as a role model, the Assistant Manager upholds the high standards set by both Dunkin' and the franchise, working with integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business.
Key duties include driving sales and profitability, managing employee performance, and creating a productive work environment. This role demands strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. While previous managerial experience is preferred, it is not required; however, candidates must have fast food or quick service restaurant experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Previous managerial experience preferred but not required

- Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the companys business plan
- Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through effective training communication and relationship building
- Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers team members and corporate management
- Act as a role model for other team members by adhering to all state and federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct set by the company and the Dunkin brand
- Work with integrity honesty and accountability in all situations
