We are currently seeking results-oriented Assistant Managers to play a pivotal role in the success of our business. The Assistant Manager position is a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in orchestrating restaurant operations and team management. The Assistant Manager helps direct the team toward excellence in both customer service and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership, customer experience, and developing skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will coach, motivate, and mentor crew members and shift coordinators while enhancing your knowledge of restaurant management, people development, and business operations.

The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth restaurant operations including staff training, motivation, and maintaining high standards for quality food and guest service. This leadership role also involves supporting recruitment efforts, implementing marketing strategies, managing inventory and labor costs, and using financial data to improve restaurant performance.   • 2-4 years experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • previous leadership experience motivating and mentoring teams
  • ability to attract, develop and retain high performing work teams
  • possess exceptional customer service skills
  • ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Supervises and trains both crew members and shift coordinators on team stations, products, processes, and policies
  • leads the team to deliver outstanding service and a quality experience to every guest
  • motivates and directs shift coordinators and team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in a clean and inviting environment
  • assists in the responsibility for restaurant outcomes including increased sales, profitability, and employee retention
  • demonstrates company values and beliefs to support cultural initiatives
  • assists general manager with recruiting and hiring effective staff
  • implements marketing plans, maintains inventory, manages labor, and uses financial reporting to enhance restaurant results
  • directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery within speed of service and food safety guidelines
