Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
  • Basic understanding of fast food operations
  • Ability to master cash control
  • Knowledge of production and deployment procedures
  • Understanding of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality guidelines
  • Basic principles of sales forecasting and scheduling
  • Experience with cost control, inventory, profit and loss statements and personnel administration
