Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
Basic understanding of fast food operations
Ability to master cash control
Knowledge of production and deployment procedures
Understanding of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality guidelines
Basic principles of sales forecasting and scheduling
Experience with cost control, inventory, profit and loss statements and personnel administration
