Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a fast food, quick service restaurant, food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Shift management - ensure that shift managers and team members complete their tasks
  • Scheduling shifts and deployment of team
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated customer support situations
  • Supervise employees, develop employees and train new hires
  • Address employee performance issues
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with food safety regulations and maintains a safe environment
  • Manage inventory and monitor effective execution of company policies
  • Optimize profit and control costs through financial accountability
