Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Full mobility and ability to twist, stoop, and bend
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices

- Full mobility including ability to twist, stoop, and bend
Job Duties
- Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services
- Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operation and oversight of the service center
- Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm and friendly greeting
- Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
- Support the Service Center Manager with inventory, labor management, and financial performance
- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and ensure a safe working environment
- Become familiar with Environmental, Health and Safety compliance and other policies and procedures
