- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- serve safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities

- assist in managing daily store operations to achieve financial targets
- hire, train, and supervise store associates
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer issues
- manage inventory, labor, and operational costs
- support implementation of promotional activities and store initiatives
- foster a positive and productive team environment
