Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of assistant manager experience
- flexibility to work 50-hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in good standing
- consent to background screening
- demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant's daily operations
- maintain day-to-day financial controls

- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
