Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Previous experience in retail or food service management is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily in-store operations alongside the General Manager
- Ensure the store maintains exceptional order and cleanliness
- Lead by example in executing company systems and procedures with integrity
- Supervise employees to ensure proper and efficient performance of duties
- Handle fast-paced and high stress situations effectively
- Organize and establish priorities within the store with minimal supervision
- Offer opinions and recommendations regarding store operations and employee performance
