The Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) role at VIOC is a dynamic leadership position designed for individuals passionate about automotive service and team development. As the right hand to the Service Center Manager (SCM), the ASCM plays a critical role in building and nurturing a high-performing team that excels in delivering a superior service experience distinct from competitors. This role involves hands-on work with vehicles, serving customers directly, and leading hourly employees through training, coaching, and supervision. The ASCM also supports operational and financial management duties, including inventory control, labor oversight, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
This position offers competitive weekly pay of $21 per hour along with substantial benefits, including paid on-the-job training, flexible schedules with no late evenings or holiday shifts, paid time off, holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, and access to a free online university. - Six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environment
- Full mobility including twisting, stooping, and bending
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

Job Duties
- Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services
- Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center
- Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm and friendly greeting
- Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
- Support the SCM with inventory, labor management, and financial performance of the service center
- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
- Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety compliance and other policies and procedures
