  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift 25-85 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • good hearing within normal range
  • ability to read menus, manuals and training aids
  • manual dexterity for packing food and cleaning
  • ability to work in confined spaces with others
  • maintain safety around hot equipment and boiling liquids
  • punctual attendance
  • maintain confidentiality of company procedures

  • ability to handle cash and count money

Job Duties

  • partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
  • ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
  • grow and mentor team through training and hiring
  • effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
  • lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
