Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 25-85 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
good hearing within normal range
ability to read menus, manuals and training aids
manual dexterity for packing food and cleaning
ability to work in confined spaces with others
maintain safety around hot equipment and boiling liquids
punctual attendance
maintain confidentiality of company procedures
enthusiasm and a positive attitude
ability to handle cash and count money

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
grow and mentor team through training and hiring
effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
may include preparing work schedules
may include ordering food and supplies
may include preparing daily paperwork
may include making daily deposits
employee on-the-job training
