The company is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Center Manager by leading and developing a high-performance team that delivers a service experience that stands out in the competitive market. As an ASCM, you will not only assist in the day-to-day operations of the service center but also engage directly with customers by performing oil changes and other vehicle maintenance services. The role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to train and mentor hourly employees, and a passion for customer service.

The ASCM position offers competitive weekly pay starting at $20.25 per hour with paid on-the-job training, meaning no prior automotive experience is necessary.
