Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • serve safe certified
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • flexibility to work in any store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • capacity to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • prior leadership experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • proficiency in managing teams and daily operations
