As an Assistant Service Center Manager, your responsibilities blend technical skills, leadership, and customer service. You will perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services yourself, ensuring quality and efficiency on each job. Supporting the Service Center Manager in daily operations, you help oversee workforce scheduling, inventory management, labor and financial performance, and center cleanliness and safety. Your role is also that of a mentor and trainer, advising and supervising hourly employees, fostering a high-performing team focused on service excellence. Your leadership helps build trust with customers through positive interactions and consistent service quality, promoting loyalty and repeat business. Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and company policies is fundamental, contributing to a safe and secure working environment for all. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months of supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail environment
  • knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
  • comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • have full mobility and can twist, stoop, and bend
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

Job Duties
