Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations in conjunction with or in absence of restaurant manager
  • use discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for brand values
  • develop a people and guest-centric culture delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure systems for training employees are implemented and followed
  • identify and develop internal candidates for assistant manager positions
  • treat employees with respect and regularly recognize and reward them
  • comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
  • hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • review practices to improve guest experience
  • interact with guests and respond to their questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • maintain brand image through cleanliness and excellent service
  • use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • identify trends and implement action plans
  • focus on developing long-term sales growth initiatives
