The role of Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) at Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a pivotal leadership position within the service center team. Acting as the primary support to the Service Center Manager, the ASCM plays an essential role in building and maintaining a high-performance team that sets VIOC apart from competitors. Responsibilities extend beyond just vehicle maintenance and guest care to include advising, training, and supervising hourly employees to ensure excellence in service and operations. A high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking are necessary for success.
