As an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you will play a critical role as the right hand of the Service Center Manager. Training, mentoring, and leading your team to their full potential is a key component of the position. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized service center is essential, as is adhering to company policies and procedures.
This role offers competitive weekly pay starting at $20.50 per hour, along with paid on-the-job training, meaning no previous automotive experience is necessary. Other benefits include a flexible work schedule with no late evenings or holidays, paid time off and holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, medical and prescription drug coverage with Health Savings Account contributions, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching. Employees also benefit from back-up child and elder care services, company-provided uniforms and tools, and a 50% discount on Valvoline Instant Oil Change automotive services.
