In this role, the Assistant Manager is responsible for handling the daily operations of not only the food service section but also the grocery market and fountain sales area. This includes monitoring inventory levels, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. Additionally, the Assistant Manager enforces store policies, promoting a work environment where compliance and ethical practices are prioritized. The position reports directly to the Store Manager and requires working a rotating schedule averaging 45 hours per week. Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with leadership team members
  • Follow-up and follow through with discipline
