Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control
  • reliable organized and detail-oriented
  • flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring quality speed and guest satisfaction
  • lead and support team members through training coaching and hands-on guidance
  • jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
  • manage shift schedules inventory and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
  • help control costs by monitoring labor waste and food usage
  • step up in the absence of the general manager to run the restaurant with confidence
  • keep communication strong between crew and leadership creating a positive team culture
