Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environment
- physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- assist in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring quality speed and guest satisfaction
- lead and support team members through training coaching and hands-on guidance
- jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
- manage shift schedules inventory and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
- help control costs by monitoring labor waste and food usage
- step up in the absence of the general manager to run the restaurant with confidence
- keep communication strong between crew and leadership creating a positive team culture
