The Assistant Manager position at Wingstop is a full-time role designed for individuals passionate about leadership and operational excellence in the restaurant industry. This position acts as a vital support to the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, and that guest satisfaction remains high. The Assistant Manager leads by example, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to the team while maintaining high standards in speed, quality, and cleanliness. In this role, you will manage shift schedules, control inventory, monitor labor and food costs, and step in to confidently manage the restaurant when the General Manager is unavailable. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible with working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and is committed to fostering a positive team culture through strong communication and motivation.
