The Assistant Manager role at Panda Express is essential in driving the success of each restaurant location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work weekends and varied shifts
  • Serve Safe certified in food safety
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in team leadership or management preferred
