Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work weekends and varied shifts
- Serve Safe certified in food safety
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the overall operation of a single store
- Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve store financial goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and motivate the team through training and mentorship
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize store performance
- Handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively
