Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work weekends and varied shifts
  • Serve Safe certified in food safety
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the overall operation of a single store
  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve store financial goals
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and motivate the team through training and mentorship
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize store performance
  • Handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively
