Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- minimum one year of leadership experience preferably in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
- proficiency in English language including speech clarity, reading, and comprehension
- proficient math skills
- completion or willingness to complete required internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days from start date
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of excellent performance in a Burger King restaurant or similar setting
- proficiency in English for clear speech, reading, and verbal comprehension
- proficient math skills
- completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, and Serve Safe Essentials
- completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment Training and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days of employment
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient and accurate product preparation and sale for prompt customer delivery within speed of service guidelines
- sets an example for crew by working hard to ensure swift and smooth production
- identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and delivery
- resolves restaurant equipment problems by involving the right people
- demonstrates patience and positivity while delegating tasks and providing production instructions
- motivates and directs crew and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations in food, service, and cleanliness
- handles customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- supervises and trains crew on stations, products, processes, and policies
- assists with recruiting, selecting, and retaining effective crew members
- creates crew schedules and manages labor according to customer traffic and labor models
- assists in managing inventory, cash control, and security procedures
- maintains compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and restaurant standards
- enforces cleanliness and sanitation standards
- acts on safety, sanitation, and security violations with appropriate short-term damage control
- promotes a safe and secure environment for customers and crew
- coordinates with management to ensure adherence to company mission, policies, and operational standards
