Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to read and write
  • Willingness to work in various restaurant positions
  • Compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Ability to handle guest complaints promptly
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
  • Serve Safe Food and Alcohol Certifications a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • cultivates a culture in accordance with core values
  • ensures immediate response and correction of guest complaints
  • completes required table visits
  • maintains departmental inventory levels
  • performs line checks to ensure product quality
  • effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
  • maintains safety and security programs
  • promotes restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
  • reports needed repairs to General Manager or Area Director
  • promotes quality recruitment and referrals
  • supports training procedures for new managers
  • maintains trained staff through orientation and training
  • participates in employee development and evaluations
  • monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
  • assures compliance with company policies
  • controls costs in assigned department
  • ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • drives food and liquor inventories as requested
  • submits accurate daily paperwork
  • assures sanitation standards meet or exceed Health Department standards
  • provides role model for managers and employees
  • develops self on store-related technology
  • willing to work in all positions including cooking, expo, seating guests, and bartending
  • utilizes Management Development Program for leadership growth
