Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ServSafe license preferred or able to obtain a state-approved license
- strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- availability to work evenings holidays and weekends
- maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- remain calm in a fast-paced atmosphere
- demonstrate high organization attention to detail and sense of urgency
- display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
