- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills

- willingness to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
