Assistant Managers at Flynn Applebee's are responsible for managing operations that guarantee timely and friendly service, maintaining inventory, ensuring product quality, and meeting sanitation and health standards. You will also play a critical role in employee development through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Leadership development is encouraged through the Management Development Program, allowing continuous growth and refinement of your skills. The compensation for this role ranges from $18.18 to $25.71 per hour, approximately $51,994 to $73,530 annually based on a 50-hour workweek. In addition, eligible employees may receive monthly bonuses depending on location.
