This job opportunity is for the role of Assistant Manager within one of Panda Express’ stores, where leadership and operational skills are paramount. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in the successful operation of a single store, working closely with the wider store management team to oversee the hiring, management, and direction of associates. The goal is to drive financial performance while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The role offers a paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks, designed to equip new managers with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
