Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be clean, neat, and well groomed
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of fast food operations
  • Ability to master cash control
  • Understanding of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality guidelines
  • Must understand sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, profit and loss statements, and personnel administration
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good hearing and vision
  • Must be honest
  • Must be assertive and aggressive but well mannered
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and cope with pressure
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Tolerance for standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping for 90 percent of shift time
  • Good manual dexterity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic understanding of fast food operations, production procedures, and deployment procedures
  • Ability to master cash control
  • Knowledge of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality guidelines
  • Understanding of sales forecasting and scheduling, cost control, inventory management, profit and loss statements, and personnel administration
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good hearing and vision
  • Honesty and assertiveness with good manners
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and cope with pressure
  • Teamwork skills and ability to perform duties with minimal disruption
  • Good manual dexterity

Job Duties

  • Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant
  • Assist in hiring, training, and review of employee performance
  • Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for submission to the home office
  • Administer the ACT program
  • Quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications and highest quality
  • Work as a team member to assure customer satisfaction through quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Prioritize work load, serving customers first, maintain dining room, then work area
  • Operate all kitchen equipment
  • Acknowledge and speak to customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Report needed equipment and facilities repairs to Maintenance Department
