The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is a vital position responsible for assisting in the overall management and successful operation of a single store. This leadership role involves hiring, managing, and directing store associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest experiences. Assistant Managers are entrusted with the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service excellence, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. To prepare candidates for success, Panda Express provides a paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks, which is designed to equip new leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the challenges of the role.
