Job Description
Habit Burger & Grill is a recognized leader in the casual dining industry, celebrated for over 50 years of serving up fresh, made-to-order burgers that have earned the title "Best Tasting Burger in America." At the heart of Habit Burger & Grill's success is a deep commitment to people—both guests and team members alike. Known for a culture that values quality, teamwork, and opportunity, Habit Burger & Grill consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. The company champions a people-first philosophy that fosters growth, leadership, and respect within its team. This dedication extends beyond food, focusing on building confidence, leadership skills, and offering a clear career path backed by ongoing support and a strong promote-from-within policy.
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team to new heights. This position offers a competitive pay range of $24 to $30 per hour plus bonus opportunities, underscoring the value Habit Burger & Grill places on leadership talent. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams. You will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members while upholding rigorous standards for food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
This role demands a leader with a passion for people, a relentless drive to grow their career, and a commitment to the Habit Difference—the brand’s unique approach to exceptional customer service powered by empowered and well-trained team members. As a manager, you will be directly responsible for managing sales growth through outstanding guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also handle essential management functions such as inventory control, labor and food cost management, scheduling, and maintaining restaurant equipment. The position requires strong leadership and professionalism, as well as the ability to solve problems effectively and resolve conflicts amicably.
At Habit Burger & Grill, the restaurant manager role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking company that invests in its people. From hands-on training that clarifies the "how" and "why" behind each process to leading succession planning and team development initiatives, this role offers a robust platform for personal and professional growth. Beyond competitive compensation and robust benefits—including outstanding health benefits, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and free food—Habit Burger & Grill prides itself on creating a positive work environment fueled by passion, pride, and excellence. If you are ready to bring energy, leadership, and a customer-focused mindset, this role will empower you to build something great for yourself, the team, and the community we serve.
