This robust foundation has empowered the organization to diversify its portfolio, expanding into other major brands, geographic markets, and industries. Today, Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states, demonstrating a significant presence in the casual dining segment of the hospitality industry.
Flynn Applebee's is a flagship brand among the seven premier brands managed by Flynn Group, which stands as the largest franchise operator in the global market. The company operates a diversified range of world-class, iconic restaurant and fitness brands, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. The primary mission guiding Flynn Group is to excel as the premier operator within each brand it manages. This mission is underpinned by a set of core values designed to foster a culture of excellence: Care genuinely for people, Play like a champion, and Win as one. These values shape the organizational culture, driving a commitment to outstanding customer service, collaborative teamwork, and operational excellence.
The role of an Applebee's® Assistant Manager at Flynn Applebee's offers an engaging opportunity to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that both guests and staff are passionate about their experience at Applebee's®, contributing to a positive, energetic, and customer-focused environment. This position also involves hands-on work, where Assistant Managers step into various roles within the restaurant, including cooking, hosting, and bartending, as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation for Applebee's® Assistant Managers ranges from $20.98 to $27.27 per hour, equating to approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually based on a 50-hour work week.
