The role of Assistant Manager at Panda Express is crucial to the success of each store. This position involves assisting in the overall operation of a single restaurant location, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience. Assistant Managers undergo a comprehensive store management leadership training program that lasts three or more weeks, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in managing store operations effectively. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store operates smoothly and that associates and guests alike have positive and safe experiences.
