Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in stores within a 50-mile radius
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service
Job Duties
- Assist in the operation of a single store
- Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in and complete 3 or more weeks of store leadership training
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations including Serve Safe certification
- Develop and mentor store staff
- Manage scheduling and store operations to meet business needs
