Panda Express is currently seeking experienced, motivated leaders to join its store management team as Assistant Managers. This full-time role is designed for individuals passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The assistant manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of a single store, including hiring, training, and managing store associates to achieve both financial and service goals. This position plays a critical role in driving business success and maintaining the Panda Express brand’s high standards.

The role involves participation in a comprehensive, paid Store Management Leadership Training program that lasts three or more weeks, designed to equip candidates with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive. Assistant Managers will direct their team, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment. This includes managing daily store operations such as inventory control, scheduling, and customer service. The position requires strong communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding setting where lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods is necessary.

The compensation for the Assistant Manager role ranges from $29 to $32 per hour, depending on factors like experience and work location.
