The role of Applebee's Assistant Manager is integral to the successful day-to-day operations of each restaurant. To excel in this role, candidates typically have two to three years of restaurant management experience, with certifications such as Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol considered advantageous. Physical stamina and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle manual tasks are essential.
