The Applebee’s Assistant Manager role within Flynn Group is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring dedication, leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the daily operations of an Applebee’s restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest and employee has an outstanding experience by promoting a positive culture aligned with Flynn Applebee’s core values. Typical responsibilities include overseeing customer service to ensure it meets company standards, addressing guest complaints promptly, managing staff schedules to meet sales demands, and maintaining high safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. You will also be involved in inventory management, cost control in your department, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assistant Managers are expected to be versatile—able to step into various roles within the restaurant such as cooking, bartending, or hosting as needed—to support the team during busy periods.
