You will be responsible for evaluating team member performance, recommending promotions or disciplinary actions when necessary, and mentoring employees to help them grow professionally.

Operationally, you will ensure that every aspect of the restaurant adheres to strict standards—from maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility and equipment to delivering consistent, high-quality food and service to every customer. Part of your responsibilities will also include managing resources efficiently by monitoring inventory, controlling waste, ensuring proper cash handling procedures, and complying with labor laws.

Meeting and exceeding sales and profitability goals is a major focus of this role. This involves assisting in setting and communicating sales objectives, optimizing staffing schedules according to sales projections, and participating in local store marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
