This position, also known as Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Shift Lead, is tailored for individuals eager to unleash their leadership potential in a fast-paced setting. Team Leaders are entrusted with maintaining top-notch quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing responsibilities and cash handling.

Working hours can range from 40 to 45 hours per week on average for full-time employees, within the restaurant's Monday through Sunday schedule, offering some flexibility for part-time roles.
