This job opening is for the position of Assistant Manager at Panda Express, a role integral to the operation and success of a single restaurant location. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet the company’s high standards. This position includes responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating team members. A key objective of the role is to achieve financial targets through effective sales strategies and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
